We’re Darci and Rich.

We met working ski seasons in the French Alps, jumping between some of the busiest bars and restaurants up in the mountains. Long shifts, a bit chaotic at times, but it’s where we learned how to hold down a good service and keep the party going.

After that we ended up in the South West of France, working with wedding catering teams, beautiful setups, long table dinners and big celebrations. That’s where we really got into the idea of creating moments.

We then travelled around New Zealand together in a campervan, living the simple life. We bought our first pizza oven, strapped it into the van and learned how to make and (mess up) a lot of pizzas, on beaches, campsites, basically wherever we could.

We’ve now moved back to Cornwall, where Darci’s from, to build something of our own. Our dog Billie came along for the ride too and she’s part of the team now, employee of the month, every month.

Ginkgo Leaves is just a mix of everything we’ve picked up along the way -hospitality, food, travelling, and a love for a good gathering. We are creating long lasting memories for our customers whether that's a cinema setup, a pizza party, or something completely your own.

In a nut shell, we’re all about bringing people together, good food, and good times.
