  • For indoor setups, a minimum spec of 3m x 3m works well.

    For our bell tent cinema, the tent itself is 4m in diameter, but we’ll need a bit of extra room around it for securing guy ropes. As a guide, allow for roughly 5.5m x 5.5m of flat space.

    The tent must be set up on flat grass so it can be safely secured.

    We’ll always help assess your space and recommend the best setup based on what you’ve got.

  • The bell tent is perfect for a cosy setup and comfortably fits around 4 adults or up to 6 kids.

  • Yes for outdoor setups, we’ll need access to a standard plug socket within 20 meters of where the tent will be setup so we can safely run power to the equipment.

  • We usually set up in the afternoon on the day of the event and collect the following morning. Timings can be flexible at your request.

    If you’d like to keep it for longer, that’s no problem. Just let us know and we can arrange additional days at a reduced rate.

  • Absolutely. Just let us know how many guests you’re expecting when you enquire, and we’ll make sure there’s enough seating for everyone.

  • Everything is set up and ready to go before we leave.

    We’ll show you how it works, and it’s as simple as using a remote. No need to touch any of the equipment.

  • You can play your own films, shows, or games using a laptop or games console, you’ll just need a device with an HDMI port.

    We’ll make sure everything is connected and ready to go before we leave.

  • If you’re booking the bell tent cinema and there is strong wind or rain forecast we can organise your setup indoors as an alternative or help to reschedule your event.

  • Yes delivery, full setup and pack down is included. We’ll make sure everything looks great and is working perfectly before we leave.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and summer dates, as availability can fill up quickly.
