For our bell tent lounge, the tent itself is 4m in diameter, but we’ll need a bit of extra room around it for securing guy ropes. As a guide, allow for roughly 5.5m x 5.5m of flat space.
The tent must be set up on flat grass so it can be safely secured.
We’ll always help assess your space and recommend the best setup based on what you’ve got.

The bell tent is perfect for a cosy setup and comfortably fits around 6 adults or up to 8 kids.

No, we provide a portable battery pack to power the lights and for guests to charge their phones from.

We usually drive and setup earlier in the day before guests arrive, making sure everything is ready and looking great ahead of time. We’ll coordinate timings with you or your planner/venue so everything runs smoothly.

Absolutely. We keep things natural and styled, and can tailor the setup to suit your theme or overall vibe.

We typically set up the day of the event and collect the following day.
